Frequently Asked Questions
What is Crustianity?
A religion built on sharing pizza, fighting for each other, and resisting tyranny.
Is Crustianity a real religion or just a joke?
As real as any other. You show us your Jesus, and we’ll show you ours.
Do I have to believe in Cheesus Crust to be part of Crustianity?
No. You just need to believe in the mission of our Church—solidarity, fairness, and sharing.
What are the core beliefs of Crustianity?
Empathy, sharing, feeding the hungry, opposing injustice, and, of course, pizza. If these values sound familiar, that’s because most faiths started with them. We just haven’t forgotten.
Is Crustianity anti-religion?
Yes and no. We reject the old religions as truth, but we don’t demand you leave them behind. We don’t have a monotheistic structure—your gods are your business.
What’s the difference between Crustianity and Christianity?
Everything. Crustianity is built on clear, unwavering morals. Christianity, for the most part, is fractured beyond recognition and no longer represents Christ.
Do you actually worship pizza?
Yes. Pizza is the perfect food. So perfect, it was given its own food category.
Can I be part of Crustianity if I don’t eat pizza?
Absolutely. Our teachings show that pizza was not always pizza—it evolved. You can share bread or any other meal and fulfill the wishes of Cheesus Crust.
Are there different branches of Crustianity?
Yes.
Crustolicism – All pizza is welcome.
Orthocrust – Italian pizza only.
Calzonism – An Orthocrust offshoot that rejects gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients.
What’s the Crustian stance on pineapple on pizza?
Only accepted within Crustolicism.
What happens if I eat the last slice without asking?
It is a sin. An apology is required. True forgiveness of all sins is granted only after punching a Nazi.
Would Cheesus Crust tip their delivery driver?
Yes. Generously.
Can I be excommunicated from Crustianity?
No—unless you commit inhumane acts, such as being a known member of a fascist organization.
How can I get involved without donating?
Share, share, share. Spread the message, help those in need, and tell others about Crustianity.
Can I volunteer with Crustianity?
Soon.
Do you have local meetups or events?
Yes—currently in the Netherlands, with more to come.
How can I spread the word about Crustianity?
Share our social media.
Spread our website.
Live by the values of Crustianity—feed the hungry, stand up for others.
Where does my donation go?
Straight to the Church. As we grow, we will invest in new projects, website expansion, and programs like Slice Forward—funded in part by our own contributions.
How do I know my money is actually supporting the cause?
You’ll see the proof. Every major initiative we fund will be documented on our website. Our first major project is the Slice Forward Scheme.
Can I donate monthly?
Yes. Recurring donations are available.
Is my donation secure?
Yes. We use Stripe for secure transactions.
What if I can’t afford to donate?
Donations are entirely optional. Supporting Crustianity through word of mouth, activism, and solidarity is just as valuable.
Do you accept partnerships or sponsorships?
No.
