What we collect
- Account & membership: name, email and password when you join.
- Orders & donations: billing details needed to process purchases (payment card data is handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe – we do not store card numbers).
- Community posts: prayers and community resources you submit are stored and may be shown publicly (you may post prayers anonymously).
- Technical: basic server logs and cookies needed for login, the cart, and caching.
How we use it
To provide your account and the Sanctum, process orders and donations, send transactional emails (sign-in, receipts), and keep the site secure. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the site work: our host, our payment processor (Stripe), our print-on-demand partner (Printify) for merchandise fulfilment, and our email provider for transactional messages.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, EU/EEA or a similar jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the site. You can also close your account at any time.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required for login, shopping cart, and page caching. We do not run advertising trackers.
