Our apparel and goods are made to order by a print-on-demand partner. Because each item is printed for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Digital goods
Digital products (such as The Pibble PDF) are non-refundable once downloaded.
Donations & memberships
Offerings and donations are voluntary and non-refundable. You may cancel a recurring Devotee membership at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past ones.
